HOW GOOD IS THE QUALITY OF MIMO DESIGN
We design our pieces down to the finest detail. Our product is handmade from the beginning to end. In small quantities it’s almost like a product is being personalized.

WHERE ARE ALL THE PRODUCTS MADE
All of our products are hand made in Slovenia in Europe.

HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER
Your orders can be placed quickly and easily via our website. Just add the products you want to your cart and proceed to checkout. After providing the necessary information, you can finalize your order and look forward to receiving your new design pieces.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER
We currently accept most major credit cards as well as PayPal. We want to make your shopping experience secure and convenient for you.

HOW MUCH DOES WE CHARGE FOR SHIPPING
It depends on where you live and on the type of product. See the shipping charges at checkout.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY PRODUCTS
As all of our products are handmade and often made after the order is being placed it will take from 2-3 weeks before receiving the product.
During a pre-order period some products will ship right away and some will ship later. Depending on how many people ordered the product before you, you will get your product in the first batch or a later one. We will make sure to let you know when your product is expected to ship.

WHAT IS MIMO DESIGN RETURN POLICY 
If you are not happy with your item, you may return your undamaged and unused purchase within 10 days. Due to the high quality of the materials and fabrics of the products, the customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with returning a non-damaged item.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO IF I WANT TO RETURN A PRODUCT
Just contact us and we will make the process for you as easy as possible. 

WHAT CAN I DO IF A PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED
Our aim is to provide objects that are fully functional upon receipt and made with superior-quality craftsmanship. Once you have received your delivery, please inspect it for quality. We will return, refund or replace any item that arrives damaged.
